One Year Diploma Course:

The aims of Nursery Teacher Training Programme is to prepare teachers for pre-primary schools, so that they are able to:

What is Montessori ?

Montessori education is characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respects for a child's natural Psychological developments, Montessori education method called for free activity within a "prepared environment", meaning an educational environment tailored to basic human characteristics and to the specific characteristics of children at different ages. The function of the environment is to allow the child to develop independence in all areas according to his/her inner psychological directives.

Course Duration

B.Ed.

The B.Ed. Programme has been revised from the academic year 2015-16 onwards and is now a two-year, full-time programme all over the country.
